Returns & Exchanges
We, at Mad Clothing, aim at providing complete customer satisfaction.
However, in case you're not pleased with the services you can return or exchange your goods received provided they meet the conditions mentioned below.
In case of a return, the customer will receive refund in the form of store credit.
Payment refund will only be made in case of a product with a manufacturing defect.
A return will be generated only if:
- The product is unworn, unstained and in a condition suitable to be resold.
- The product is not damaged.
- The product has price tag and all labels attached.
- The product must also be sent back in the same 'Mad Clothing' shipping packaging in which you receive it.
A delivery fee of Rs 300 is deducted at the time of refunds/ returns.
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient (in case of prepaid payments).

In case you do wish to exchange or return your product please contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your product at the above mentioned email id.
In order to place a request for return or exchange of any of the items purchased reach out to our customer support via email within 48 hours of delivery with your order id and complete delivery address. No request would be entertained over the telephone.
Specify the reason for exchange or return in the email. In case of return, kindly also attach an image of the product.
If it's an exchange, we will dispatch the new product within 2-3 Days of receiving the product.
